When do I receive my order?
The pre-orders are expected to be delivered to US and Canadian customers in late January to early February 2027.
How to get the free module with the pre-order?
One free extension module comes with the steam box for all customers who choose the full payment option while making the pre-order. The module does not need to be added to cart separately unless you need extras.
Are shipping and taxes included?
Yes, the price you see includes all shipping costs, taxes and duties.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you may cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. In case you cancel after it ships, then you may return the order as per our return policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, no. We only ship pre-orders to the US and Canada right now. We plan to expand soon—let us know your country so we can add it to our list!
